Veteran’s Compass specializes in guiding veterans through the often-complicated process of identifying unethical agreements with non-VA affiliated “benefit claim assistance” and/or “medical evidence assistance” firms. We do not provide any assistance with the VA claims process in any way, but we do everything in our power to ensure that veterans are not exploited by companies that charge exorbitant fees for services that can often be obtained for free through accredited VA professionals.

Resolution Assistance: We guide veterans that wish to exit and have disengagement from unethical and exploitative non-VA accredited “benefit assistance claims” and/or “medical evidence assistance” agreements. Draft custom dispute or rescission letter citing relevant laws, guided assistance with letters to reporting agencies, and filing formal complaints.
Education: Actionable knowledge to help veterans understand their rights, recognize exploitation tactics, and protect themselves against misleading service providers, with tools, templates, and one-on-one explanation sessions.
Referral to VA-Accredited Professionals: If needed we connect you to trusted, VA-accredited experts who can assist with your claims, ensuring you get the best support moving forward.
